U-CENTER 2 ACHIEVED LEED V4 PLATINUM CERTIFICATION
U-Center 2, built by Bog’Art, obtains LEED v4 Platinum certification with a score of 88 following evaluation against eight criteria, namely location and transportation, project sustainability, water efficiency, energy and climate efficiency, materials and resources used, indoor environmental quality, innovation, and regional priority.
The U-Center 2 building represents the second stage of the U-Center complex, developed by Forte Partners and built by Bog’Art in Bucharest, Tineretului Park area.
