BOG’ART WILL CARRY OUT CONSOLIDATION AND REHABILITATION WORKS OF THE CONCRETE SLAB IN UNIRII SQUARE
Bog’Art, together with Constructii Erbasu (project leader) and Concrete & Design Solutions, will carry out complete consolidation and rehabilitation works of the concrete slab that supports part of Unirii Square and the Unirii Underground Passage in Bucharest. Planned works include earthworks, architectural landscaping of green spaces, dismantling and replacement of pipes, construction works, foundations, road paving, as well as interventions in electrical installations.
The contract for this project is valued at 800 million lei and has been signed, with the commencement of works scheduled for 2025. The total duration of the project is set at 33 months, with 9 months allocated for design and 24 months for execution.
