In the construction industry, we ensure a secure work environment with proper equipment and regular wellness programs, focusing on posture adjustment and physiotherapeutic recovery. Our employees and their families have access to medical services, promoting health awareness and care. Additionally, we organize first aid courses and offer in-house psychological support through a dedicated specialist in occupational and organizational psychology.

This policy applies to all employees, collaborators, and partners, preventing situations that could compromise objectivity, impartiality, or the company’s interests. Through clear mechanisms and well-defined procedures, we identify, disclose, and manage potential conflicts of interest, encouraging employees and collaborators to report any concerns through designated communication channels. To date, no incidents related to conflicts of interest have been reported, reflecting our ongoing commitment to ethical principles and professional standards.

Ethical Standards & Integrity

Bog’Art adheres strictly to ethical standards and promotes transparency in all business relationships. We implement and enforce an anti-corruption policy to ensure decisions are made impartially and objectively. Our employees play an active role in shaping the company’s policies, and we encourage them to report any concerns through clear and accessible communication channels.

Additionally, we organize annual training sessions on the anti-corruption policy for all employees. In 2023, these sessions also included specific training for those involved in procurement and bidding processes. The goal of these programs is to raise awareness on preventing and combating corruption, promote ethical standards, and ensure compliance with applicable internal and external regulations. To date, we did not incur any incidents or fines related to these matters, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to upholding legal and ethical standards.

Complaint Handling Policy

We are committed to transparency and fairness through our Complaint Handling Policy, which applies to employees, collaborators, and external individuals who have interacted with the company. This policy includes mechanisms such as whistleblowing and an anonymous complaints box, allowing concerns to be reported securely. To date, no incidents have been reported through these channels, reinforcing the trust our team places in our procedures.

Employee Involvement & Representation

Employees have an active role in decision-making processes through the election of three representatives who ensure their rights and obligations are fairly considered. These representatives are appointed for fixed terms, ensuring equitable and periodic rotation.
