BOG’ART HOLDING MANAGEMENT – SENIOR BUSINESS APPLICATIONS ANALYST

Role Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Applications Analyst to play a key role in the administration, optimization, and development of the company’s critical business applications. The selected candidate will work closely with both Business and IT teams and will coordinate digitalization projects, directly contributing to the efficiency of internal processes.

Main Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions
Administer and configure Totalsoft applications (Charisma ERP, Charisma HCM, Portfolio Management)
Develop, optimize, and maintain queries and stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
Create and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Tableau
Ensure data integrity and quality across business applications
Coordinate IT digitalization and automation projects (planning, delivery, vendor management)
Test implemented solutions and provide post-implementation support
Document technical solutions and business processes
Provide advanced-level support to internal users

Requirements:

Relevant experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role such as Business Applications Analyst / System Engineer / IT Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedures, optimization)
Hands-on experience with Charisma ERP and Charisma HCM (Totalsoft)
Proficiency in reporting tools: Charisma Analyzer, Tableau Software, Power BI
Experience in coordinating or managing IT projects
Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills, including interaction with non-technical stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and work independently
English – intermediate/advanced level

Nice to Have:

Experience in digital transformation or process automation projects
Knowledge of system integration (API, ETL, data import/export)
Relevant certifications (BI, SQL, Project Management)
