THE U-CENTER PHASE 2 CONSTRUCTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED
The project, with a massive 53,300 square meters, began in November 2021 and was finished at the end of August 2023, meeting all set terms and experiencing no significant delays.
The U-Center 2 building represents the second stage of the U-Center complex, developed by Forte Partners in Bucharest, Tineretului Park area. The project will provide office space on the top floors, retail spaces on the ground level, as well as parking, technical and storage space in the basements. The building will be powered entirely with electricity from renewable sources, and in terms of energy efficiency, the developer intends to obtain similar certifications as for the first phase of U-Center project – LEED Platinum and WELL Health & Safety.
