BOG’ART IS SHORT LISTED CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF THE YEAR AT 2024 CEEQA GALA
For the third year in a row Bog’Art has been short listed Construction Company of the Year at CEEQA Gala Awards.
This recognition stands as a validation of our hard work, passion, and commitment to continues excellence in the construction industry in Romania, also as an acknowledgement of our journey leading up to the moment.
In 2023, Bog’Art successfully managed over 35 ongoing projects nationwide with a combined area of approximately 200,000 sqm, including office, residential, healthcare, airport, educational, urban, and infrastructure projects.
In the private sector, Bog’Art completed the U Center 2 building office, project which spans 53,000 sqm and has already obtained LEED Platinum certificate.
On the public sector, Bog’Art has demonstrated a broader impact on the industry by delivering the long-awaited Brasov-Ghimbav Airport and contributed to the development and expansion of four more airports in the country – Cluj Napoca Airport, Sibiu, Satu Mare, and Tuzla.
In Bucharest, Bog’Art has contributed in the execution of two major infrastructure projects – the Berceni Suspended Roundabout Passage and the Grant Bridge Overpass which are open to thousands of drivers per day.
Bog’Art has also undergo healthcare projects for Sinaia Hospital, Polytrauma Surgical Block within the Military Hospital in Sibiu, and signed the execution contract of Orthopedics Department and Romania’s first Tissue Bank within the Colentina Clinical Hospital.
The annual CEEQA Gala is the New Europe property sector’s flagship annual event, a must-attend for any serious property professional active in the CEE or SEE property markets.
