Sustainability Report 2024
Bog’Art’s 2024 Sustainability Report marks the company’s second consecutive year of voluntary ESG reporting, reinforcing its long-term commitment to transparency, accountability, and sustainable development within Romania’s construction industry. The report addresses the three ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) pillars and provides a clear overview of the company’s progress, performance, and priorities in areas such as environmental protection, social responsibility, and responsible governance.
The 2024 report reflects measurable improvements across Bog’Art’s operations, supported by continuous monitoring of resource-intensive activities on construction sites and at headquarters. Through the integration of modern technologies, digital solutions, and ongoing employee training programs, the company has reduced environmental impact, optimized operational efficiency, and strengthened sustainability practices across its projects nationwide.
A significant milestone highlighted in the report is the early achievement of 4 out of the 9 sustainability objectives initially set for 2028. Compared to the previous year, Bog’Art recorded notable reductions in water, electricity, and gas consumption, a substantial decrease in the use of metal materials, and a more than threefold increase in the quantity of materials recycled and responsibly disposed of.
Developed on a voluntary basis and aligned with elements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and GRI standards, the report was prepared with the support of BuildGreen, continuing Bog’Art’s structured approach to sustainability reporting.

OUR CSR INITIATIVES
In 2023, Bog’Art reinforced its commitment to corporate social responsibility by providing substantial support to a variety of impactful organizations and causes. The company contributed to the Federatia Patronatelor Societatilor din Constructii (Federation of Construction Employers), supporting the growth and development of the construction industry through initiatives focused on promoting industry standards and sustainability. It also assisted the Casa Rosa Association and Aghioritika Association, helping vulnerable groups and contributing to cultural, educational, and humanitarian projects that positively impact local communities. Bog’Art supported the Rad Art Fair, fostering the advancement of contemporary art, enriching the cultural landscape, and nurturing emerging talent. Additionally, the company provided critical humanitarian aid to the Alumni University Association of Bucharest, the Prodomus Foundation, and relief efforts for the victims of the devastating Turkey Earthquake, assisting with relief and recovery operations in the affected areas. These contributions, totaling €382,000, underscore Bog’Art’s ongoing commitment to creating a meaningful and lasting impact on the communities it serves.
