Professional Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering (Building Installations, Energy, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, measurement, or execution of building services works
  • Good knowledge of specialized estimating software (Edevize, WinDev) and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical projects (drawings, execution details)
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Good organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities

 

Responsibilities:

  • Verify quantities of executed works
  • Check and validate subcontractors’ payment statements
  • Prepare cost settlement and payment documentation for the client
  • Ensure the financial and technical accuracy of settlement documentation
  • Analyze projects and update bills of quantities in accordance with any design changes
  • Participate in negotiations and technical meetings within the project team
  • Report the financial status of the project
