COST CONTROLLER – MEP

Locations: Bucharest, Constanța, Craiova, Cluj, Brașov
Job type: Full-time

Professional Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering (Building Installations, Energy, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
Minimum 3 years of experience in cost control, measurement, or execution of building services works
Good knowledge of specialized estimating software (Edevize, WinDev) and advanced Excel skills
Ability to understand and interpret technical projects (drawings, execution details)
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Good organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities

Responsibilities:

Verify quantities of executed works
Check and validate subcontractors’ payment statements
Prepare cost settlement and payment documentation for the client
Ensure the financial and technical accuracy of settlement documentation
Analyze projects and update bills of quantities in accordance with any design changes
Participate in negotiations and technical meetings within the project team
Report the financial status of the project
