WAREHOUSE KEEPER

Professional Profile:
- High school graduate – Baccalaureate diploma
- Experience in managing a construction materials warehouse or construction site
- Solid knowledge of management accounting
- Experience in preparing documents related to inventory management
- Proficient computer user (inventory management software)
- Responsible, well-organized person with good communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Ensures accurate physical inventory and stock management of materials at the worksite
- Records all stock movements in the inventory management system: goods receipt notes, non-conformity reports, reception and discrepancy reports, consumption slips, and transfer slips
- Maintains and archives all supporting documents related to inventory
- Monitors the circulation of materials, inventory items, fixed assets, and small tools/equipment
- Coordinates the supply and distribution flow of materials from the warehouse to in-house staff and subcontractors, as well as their return to the construction site inventory
