Two buildings in Bucharest, awarded at European level
Floreasca Park won the “Office Development of the Year 2014” at the CEEQA and Promenade Mall won the distinction “SEE Building of the Year”
Floreasca Park is a building on Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard, built t on a 1.5 hectares area in the north of the capital, promoted as the greenest building in Bucharest.
Promenade Mall has a lettable area of 35,000 sqm, 95% occupied, divided into 140 stores and 1,300 underground parking spaces. The mall has six levels, two underground and four for commercial purpose. The building was built by Strabag and the investment was estimated at 130 million euros.
