SITE ENGINEER – MEP
Locations: Bucharest, Constanța, Craiova, Cluj, Brașov

Professional Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in MEP Engineering (Building Installations, Energy, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating the execution of building services systems
- Strong planning and organizational skills for site-specific activities
- Ability to manage and coordinate specialized subcontractors on site
- Ability to understand and interpret technical projects (drawings, execution details)
- Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Primavera, Excel, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Fire Safety regulations
- Ability to represent the company in relations with clients, suppliers, and competent authorities
- Ability to build professional relationships and work efficiently within the project team
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of building services works (HVAC, sanitary, fire protection, electrical) in accordance with the design and execution plan
- Plan activities and monitor compliance with execution schedules
- Organize site activities and manage subcontractor teams
- Verify the execution of works in accordance with design documentation and technical standards
- Check the quality of executed works and resolve technical non-conformities
- Responsible for testing, commissioning, and acceptance of the systems executed within the project
- Report project progress
- Verify and consolidate work progress statements (payment applications)
