Professional Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in on-site construction execution
  • Strong planning and organizational skills for site activities
  • Ability to manage human, logistical, and material resources on site
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical projects (drawings, execution details)
  • Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Primavera, Excel, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Fire Safety regulations
  • Ability to represent the company in relations with clients, suppliers, and competent authorities
  • Ability to build professional relationships and work effectively within the project team
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise construction works in accordance with the technical project
  • Ensure compliance with execution deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations
  • Efficiently organize site activities and manage work teams
  • Plan daily activities and monitor execution schedules
  • Verify the compliance of works with technical documentation and applicable legislation
  • Report work progress and ensure the request of necessary resources to achieve execution objectives
