SITE ENGINEER – CIVIL ENGINEERING

Professional Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in on-site construction execution
- Strong planning and organizational skills for site activities
- Ability to manage human, logistical, and material resources on site
- Ability to understand and interpret technical projects (drawings, execution details)
- Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Primavera, Excel, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Fire Safety regulations
- Ability to represent the company in relations with clients, suppliers, and competent authorities
- Ability to build professional relationships and work effectively within the project team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction works in accordance with the technical project
- Ensure compliance with execution deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Efficiently organize site activities and manage work teams
- Plan daily activities and monitor execution schedules
- Verify the compliance of works with technical documentation and applicable legislation
- Report work progress and ensure the request of necessary resources to achieve execution objectives
