Professional Profile:

  • University degree in Civil Engineering / Construction
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in managing public and private construction projects
  • Direct experience in managing at least 2 projects under HG 1/2018, in the role of Project Manager
  • Solid knowledge of public procurement legislation and public contract management (HG 1/2018, GEO 114/2018, etc.)
  • Experience in managing payment and settlement documentation for projects financed from public or private funds
  • Proven ability to efficiently manage the contractual relationship with the Beneficiary and all project stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking, efficiency, attention to detail, and proactive skills in identifying and assessing project risks
  • Ability to coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with Beneficiaries, subcontractors, and authorities
  • Ability to make fast, well-founded decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in technical and project management software (MS Project, Primavera)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as Project Manager responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to a construction project, ensuring compliance with the contract, budget, execution deadlines, and required quality standards
  • Represents the company in relations with Clients, Authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Ensures the project meets the established technical and financial performance parameters
  • Implements performance indicators to analyze project efficiency
  • Responsible for cost optimization and value creation through contract analysis
  • Participates in the negotiation and contracting of subcontractors
  • Coordinates and manages the performance of the project team
  • Ensures accurate and timely reporting of the project status
