Papalekas to start work on Floreasca Office Tower, with 9 out of 23 floors already pre-leased
Real estate investment company, Globalworth Real Estate, founded by Greek real estate investor and developer Ioannis Papalekas, has leased to Vodafone and Huawei 9 of the 23 floors of the Bucharest One office tower, which is under development in the northern area of Romania’s capital city, Bucharest.
