Green Gate Building, completed
S Group Holding Company in the Czech Republic has completed thr Green Gate office building near the Chirigiu Square, the largest office project that will be delivered this year in Bucharest, with a leasable area of 31,000 square meters, a 55 million euros investment.
The construction began in August of 2012, with Bog’Art group as the general contractor. The building is leased at a rate of about 70%, the most important tenant being the group TeamNet, occupying four of the 11 floors.
