Bog’Art signed a “Design&Build” contract with SC GREEN DEVELOPMENT LLC for the execution of a class A building located in Bucharest, on Tudor Vladimirescu Boulevard, no 22, sector 5.
The building has a height of 4B + GF + 10F + TF (Technical floor) with a total development surface of 39.000 sqm.
The commencement date will be on the 9th of March 2013 and completion date was set on the 10th of Februrary 2014.
