Floreasca Park Office Development
BOG’ART began the construction of office buildings assembly, FLOREASCA PARK OFFICE DEVELOPMENT, located in the Northern area of Bucharest, 43 Pipera Highway.
The assembly comprises two buildings with a height of 2B + GF +6 F + TF(technical floor), having a total developed surface of 68,500 sqm.
On the 25th of May 2012, Bog’Art and Pipera Business Park SRL signed the FIDIC Design & Build Operational Contract. The deadline is 30th of October 2013.
