Construction activity in full swing this year on Bucharest sites
Despite the cold, in Bucharest at the beginning of this year, real estate investors quickly resumed work on the sites of three new shopping centers and seven office projects. 800 million are invested in 3 new shopping malls of 166,000 square meters and 250,000 square meters of office space.
Real estate investments go forward during winter, at least on the sites of future shopping centers in the east of the Capital and office buildings in north, as the players in this market seem to leave the crisis behind.
