BOG’ART AWARDED BEST CONSTRUCTOR OF THE YEAR BY CIJ FOR 5TH CONSECUTIVE YEAR

Our company has just been awarded “Best Constructor Of The year” by CIJ, for the 5th consecutive year.

Renault Bucharest Connected ground-breaking ceremony

Renault Bucharest Connected ground-breaking ceremony on the 3 hectares land of the former Coca Cola factory near Preciziei metro station. Demolition is complete and infrastructure works have commenced. The 59,000sqm Class A offices and automotive research center is targeting LEED certification.

Unirii View underground completed, superstructure underway

The 26,000sqm office building has 3 levels of underground completed and will have a 17-floor superstructure. The project uses post-tensioned concrete floor plates that provide a column-free space, and will be certified BREEAM Excellent.

Globalworth Campus 78,00 sqm: building A is in finishing works and building B in superstructure execution. The 2UG+GF+12F Class A office buildings will be delivered in 2018 and certified BREEAM Excellent. The Campus will feature a promenade to the metro station in Pipera business district.

Belvedere Residence structure is underway and nearing completion

Belvedere Residence structure is underway and nearing completion. The 28,000sqm residential development of 2UG+GF+10F is the first 2 of 13 buildings on Fabrica de Glucoza.

The Bridge, of 54,700 sqm commences works, establishing the new Basarab bridge office area. The 2UG+GF+11F Class A office will be the tallest pre-fabricated structure in Romania, using splice-sleeve column-beam insertions. The building will be delivered in the fall of 2017 and is targeting LEED Certification.

Bog'Art was awarded the Best of the Best title among the CEE and SEE construction companies at the Hall of Fame awards Gala. The event was hosted by the Construction and Investment Journal on the 6th of April in Prague.
