The 2026 edition has begun with the fourth edition of RAD Sculpture Park, which opened on April 16 in the gardens of CARO Bucharest. Titled “CO-LAC,” this year’s project brings together over 60 artists and more than 100 works, proposing a fluid encounter between art, nature, and architecture.

Indoors, RAD Art Fair 2026 will take place from April 23–26 at CARO, Bucharest, bringing together 31 galleries from Romania and abroad. Structured around the GALLERIES and PLATFORM sections, the fair creates a layered program of exhibitions, talks, curatorial initiatives, and design presentations – offering a broad and engaging perspective on contemporary artistic practices.

Building spaces dedicated to art means creating contexts where ideas can take shape. For Bog’Art, this is an extension of our mission to create environments that inspire, empower, and endure over time.

• Contract value: RON 87,602,321 + VAT
• Execution period: 30 months, starting from the issuance of the commencement order
• Target areas: 58 streets in the Bartolomeu (33 streets) and Tractorul (25 streets) districts
• Main works: rehabilitation and extension of the drinking water distribution and sewerage networks, including the construction of a wastewater pumping station

The project is part of the “Regional Project for the Development of Water and Wastewater Infrastructure in Brașov County / Centre Region – Phase II”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund through the Sustainable Development Program 2021–2027. It supports the sustainable modernization of water and sewerage infrastructure, the reduction of network losses and maintenance costs, as well as the improvement of quality of life and environmental protection in the municipality of Brașov.

The project is carried out in association with Construcții Erbașu and CONCELEX and includes both design and construction works for the extension of Bucharest’s metro network.

Through this infrastructure project, Bog’Art further strengthens its experience in delivering complex construction works, confirming the company’s ability to execute large-scale projects at high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Bog’Art, as the leader of the association, together with ACI Cluj, UTI Construction and Facility Management, and Dico and Țigănaș – Design Office, is contributing to the development of a state-of-the-art stadium, built in accordance with UEFA standards, on the site of a historic landmark of Romanian sport.

The new Dinamo Stadium will have a capacity of 25,000 seats and will feature ultramodern facilities, being designed as a multifunctional venue dedicated both to high-level sports competitions and to the community.

The project is financed by the National Investment Company, the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, and Sector 2 City Hall.

Through its involvement in this landmark project, Bog’Art reaffirms its commitment to delivering complex, sustainable, and high-impact constructions that contribute to urban modernization and community development.

With nearly 35 years of experience and a diverse, well-balanced portfolio of projects—from civil works to strategic infrastructure and utility networks—covering all stages of development, from design and permitting to execution and final handover, Bog’Art continues to strengthen its position as a leader that integrates sustainability into its operating model.

The 2024 Sustainability Report highlights clear progress and measurable results and was developed on a voluntary basis, in line with elements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS), including the double materiality assessment, as well as concepts aligned with GRI standards.

A key indicator of the effectiveness of the measures implemented is the early achievement of 4 out of the 9 sustainability objectives initially set for 2028. Compared to the previous year, Bog’Art recorded significant operational improvements, including a 32% reduction in water consumption on construction sites, a 6% decrease in electricity consumption and a 34% reduction in gas consumption at headquarters and a 37% decrease in the use of metal materials.

The integration of modern technologies and digital solutions has contributed to reducing environmental impact, optimizing transport, and limiting operational losses, alongside continuous investments in environmental protection measures on construction sites and in regular employee training programs.

The 2024 Sustainability Report was developed with the support of BuildGreen, a specialized consultancy that has assisted the company since its first year of reporting in the analysis, structuring, and interpretation of sustainability data, in line with industry best practices.

The evaluation process is conducted in two stages: first, through public online voting, and second, through an independent jury of industry professionals, ensuring a fair and balanced selection of winners across all categories.

Following this judging process, Bog’Art was distinguished as the winner of the “Best Constructor of the Year” category, reaffirming the company’s position in Romania’s construction market and its long-standing commitment to delivering high-quality, technically complex projects.

Following the evaluation, Bog’Art was named the winner of the “Construction Company of the Year” category, reaffirming the company’s leadership position in Romania’s construction market.

This award further strengthens Bog’Art’s reputation as a trusted partner in delivering some of the most complex construction projects in Romania, from office buildings and residential developments to major national infrastructure projects.

Commenced on June 16, the initiative quickly progressed as Bog’Art team began work on the structural foundation of the duplex. Within just a few weeks, the foundation was completed — a seemingly small step in the world of construction, but one that carries enormous meaning for the future homeowners and the broader community.

The project is part of Bog’Art’s broader social responsibility agenda, which actively supports initiatives that promote housing security, sustainable development, and inclusive growth. By partnering with Habitat for Humanity România in 2024, the company reinforces its commitment to creating long-term impact beyond the construction industry.

Moreover, on June 27, the closing event of the “Piatra de temelie” fundraising campaign took place right on the newly completed foundation. In a symbolic and emotional setting, members of the Habitat for Humanity Romania team, donors, volunteers, future homeowners, and representatives from Bog’Art came together. Together, they celebrated the solidarity and community spirit that made this project possible through a symbolic stone-laying ceremony — each stone representing a meaningful contribution to building a new beginning.

As the structure begins to rise, so too does the spirit of unity and purpose in Berceni. Bog’Art is proud to stand alongside Habitat for Humanity and other generous partners in this mission, reaffirming its commitment to build stronger, more resilient communities throughout Romania.

Together with our partners, Construcții Erbașu and Concrete & Design Solutions, the project will be carried out in four stages, with every effort made to ensure maximum safety and to minimize the impact on urban mobility.

On the first day, teams fenced off Unirii Park to organize the construction site, mobilized machinery, and began excavation work to expose the existing slab. At the same time, work is underway to build a temporary road that will handle traffic coming from Corneliu Coposu Boulevard and University Square. Additional operations include the relocation of urban furniture and lighting poles from the park, as well as the transplanting of trees.

The Unirii Slab reconstruction project, initiated by Sector 4 City Hall, is financed through the “Anghel Saligny” National Investment Program and aims primarily to restore the structural integrity of the slab in accordance with current standards for strength and safety. The project also seeks to improve traffic flow to key areas of the city, support local economic development, enhance the visual appeal of the area, and create a cohesive, modern, and attractive urban landscape in the heart of the Capital.
