- First Floor: Dedicated to blood transfusion, operating blocks, neonatal care, ICU, nephrology, and day care.

- Floors 3-5: Dedicated to various pediatric specialties such as surgery, hematology, oncology, cardiology, and pulmonology.

This phase is particularly crucial as it involves the large primary distribution pipelines for water and heating, which are vital for both the Sf. Ioan Hospital and a significant portion of Bucharest.
The new maternity hospital will encompass two buildings with a total built-up area of approximately 13,000 square meters. Designed to meet the highest standards of safety, security, and functionality specific to healthcare infrastructure, the facility will provide optimal conditions for both patients and medical staff.
This ambitious project, involving a substantial investment of 50 million euros funded by the European Union, will ensure that Romania soon boasts one of the most modern maternity hospitals in the region. The construction will be carried out through the partnership of Bog’Art and Concelex.

Since the commencement of works, on August 3, 2023, and the temporary closure of traffic on October 15, 2023, Bog’Art team has exerted extraordinary efforts to bring this vital infrastructure up to superior standards.
Below is a summary of the achievements we have attained thus far:
- Rehabilitation of the Tramway on the main passage, on the Crângăși – Turda direction
- Rehabilitation of the road structure on the main passage, including access ramps and pedestrian crossings
- Rehabilitation of guardrail girder and replacement of the guardrails to strengthen the structure and assure optimal protection for vehicles and pedestrians
- Infrastructure works, including footing reinforcements for pillars, and structural repairs using special mortars and injections
After the reopening of traffic on March 31, 2024, Bog’Art will continue to commit to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure through works including:
- Rehabilitation to the guardrail girder on the Turda – Crângăși way, to ensure uniformity and durability of the structure
- Replacement of the guardrail on the Turda – Crângăși direction for optimal protection of all traffic participants
- Infrastructure works, including footing reinforcements for pillars, for consolidation and maintenance
- Structural works, including repairs with special mortars, injections, and the application of anti-corrosive paint, to prolong the lifespan of the passage
- Installation of protective masks to guarantee safety and security along the entire length of the passage
The current physical progress of the project, at approximately eight months out of the 22.5 stipulated in the contract, is 64%, with 34% ahead of schedule.
